Looking for fun games to keep your kiddos learning this summer?

Blah Blah Blah Phonics Card Game* - I just got this game a couple weeks ago. I think my kids' favorite part is it's name - because if they get down to one last card they get to say "blah blah blah!" It has been fun to play with my younger ones to learn or review phonics sounds. The game includes three levels of phonics & even my rising fourth grader has enjoyed playing it with us.

Sum Swamp Math Game* - We've had this game for quite a few years and it is super fun, well made, and fantastic for practicing early (PreK-1st) math skills.

📚 On My Bookshelf

My kids and I just finished the audio CD's of Story of the World Volume 1. The narrator has an epic voice and I really enjoyed being able to listen and not wear my voice out reading our history.

We have really been enjoying listening to stories lately. Most recently I've been doing a trial run of Audible* and not only have I enjoyed listening to books, but a lot of kids' books are included in the subscription. On a trip this weekend mine listened to The Great Summer Prank* which was about 40 minutes long and helped the trip go by faster for everyone.

Just for Fun

GIVEAWAY - This month's giveaway from All About Learning Press is a Reading level of your choice - Enter to win the AAL Press May Giveaway here*

I hope you are enjoying the final weeks of the school year or the first weeks of summer,

Emily

P.S. Don’t miss my latest post, First Grade Math with Confidence In-Depth Review. The Third Grade In-Depth Review is almost finished & I'll be writing Kindergarten and Second Grade reviews in the next few weeks.
